The Rabobank M&A department counts approximately 110 employees worldwide, of which 55 in the Dutch based teams. The Dutch branch of the global Food & Agri M&A team has approximately 20 professionals and is based in Amsterdam. The M&A sector teams covering clients outside the Food & Agri sector count approximately 35 professionals and are based in Utrecht.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Your function

As an intern you will be actively involved in one of the Dutch M&A or ECM teams. You will work on both origination and execution of M&A or ECM transactions. Main activities include: Support during the origination process:

•Offering support during the origination process;

•Assisting in the assembling of marketing presentations;

•Gathering and analysing information on industry sectors, clients or products; Support during the execution process:

•Performing due diligence;

Writing information memoranda and valuation reports;

•Collecting information on potential buyers, competitors and Seller(s);

•Carry out company valuations, using different valuation techniques.
