In the research group “Advanced Catalysis” of the department Technology And Innovation of SABIC Europe in Geleen, we are continuously looking for enthousiastic HBO trainees with affinity for the challenging interplay of groundbreaking chemistry and its possible application in current or future processes of SABIC. The “Advanced Catalysis Group” monitors the new developments in the area of catalysts for the polyethylene and polypropylene preparation. Besides this, we are also exploring the fundamental processes that take place when using these catalysts.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
As you can see, this is a challenging internship, which involves a training in a very broad area, covering (in)organic synthesis, computational modeling, catalyst kinetics and polymer chemistry.
