Binnen de supply chain is de hele onderhoudsorganisatie kritiek om ervoor te zorgen dat alle installaties betrouwbaar zijn en voldoen aan de eisen van Heineken. De afgelopen jaren heeft de brouwerij en limonadefabriek in BZV een enorme volumegroei doorgemaakt en is er veel geïnvesteerd in productie- en logistieke capaciteit. Parallel hieraan heeft de supply chain samen met human resource een training-, development- en succession- systeem opgezet. De onderhoudsorganisatie in BZV is duidelijk een aandachtsgebied en samen met Heineken Group Supply Chain uit Zoeterwoude zijn we een project gestart om de hele organisatie op de schop te nemen: 1. compleet nieuwe organisatie; 2. nieuwe functie-omschrijvingen; 3. recruitment (van 42 naar 56 mensen); 4. nieuwe manier van werken (procedures, training, fysieke aanpassingen aan de afdeling). Hiervoor zoekt Brasco een stagiaire die de komende zes maanden de link zal zijn tussen Group Supply Chain, hoofdkantoor in PN en de uitvoering van het project in BZV. Daarbij zal de stagiair de Supply Chain Manager ondersteunenen bij het totale veranderingsproces. De begeiding zal gedaan worden door de Supply Chain Manager Brasco en de project manager vanuit Zoeterwoude.

Bedrijfsomschrijving:

Africa Middle East (AME) is one of the five regions within Heineken International, of which the head office is located in the centre of Amsterdam. From here, a small team of Project Managers is working on a variety of projects in the AME region. To run these projects successfully interns play a crucial role. In the AME region, we distinguish between two different types of markets:

• OpCo Markets: these are markets where Heineken has an operational company. In these markets Heineken sells a full portfolio of products, ranging from Heineken beer to local mainstream products and sometimes also soft drinks. Heineken usually produces the products locally. Examples are Egypt, Congo, Sierra Leone and South-Africa.

• Export Markets: in these markets local distributors are responsible for the majority of the sales and marketing activities and import our products. Examples are Syria, Senegal, Botswana and Mozambique. The role of the Project Managers is to support the local markets in their business by executing various types of projects. These projects always emerge from immediate business opportunities, and are often executed locally by a trainee/intern. This implies that the trainee/intern will at all times be working on a highly relevant, real-life business case.

All projects are managed by the regional Project Managers and/or by the Commercial Managers of the local operating companies. We believe that it is of critical importance to these projects to staff them with passionate, eager talent who can form the core of the project. At all times, the trainee/intern will be guided and supported by regional and local management.

Verantwoordelijkheden:
Binnen Brasco werken we sinds enkele jaren zowel binnen commercie als de supply chain met stagiaires. Meer dan 15 stagiaires hebben er inmiddels voor Brasco gewerkt en allen hebben genoten en geleerd van deze unieke ervaring. Werken in een land waar alles anders is, veel vrijheid krijgen maar ook veel verantwoordelijkheden, is de manier om een versnelde ontwikkeling door te maken.
