The candidate will be part of the investment team in The Hague and Düsseldorf/Germany and support the investment professionals in the origination and execution of investment opportunities as well as in post closing value creation and exits.

Avedon Capital Partners (“Avedon CP”) is a leading low and mid-market private equity firm primarily active in the Benelux region and Germany. Avedon CP currently has approximately €400 million of assets under management and focuses on growth capital investments for established companies with an enterprise value range of €30 million to €300 million.

Avedon CP was established as NIBC Capital Partners in 2003 and finalized its spin-out from NIBC Bank in a transaction led by Goldman Sachs Asset Management in September 2011. The firm is led by Alfred Tulp and Gerard Burgers, the two founding Managing Directors. Verantwoordelijkheden:
Typical responsibilities include, among others, the following:
- Proactively participating and supporting the investment professionals
- Undertaking accurate and timely analysis of new investment opportunities (incl. financial, market, competition and strategy)
- Preparation of financial models
- Presenting finding and analysis to the team
- Portfolio management
