Functie omschrijving:
To analyze, improve upon and implement sales supporting processes and tooling according to a project management and consultative approach for the Contract Sales organization of Office Depot BeNeLux-DACH. Please find below the sales supporting processes and tooling out of which a selection can be made for the scope of the internship
Processes:
- customer boni management
- supplier big deal management
- pricing
- tender and offer management
- customer reporting
- management reporting
- competitor analysis
For each of the processes the following needs to be done:
- analyze current situation
- identify improvement areas
- define revised or new process including process description, visio flow, process KPIs (qualitative and quantitative), RACIs, working instructions
- implementat revised or new processes
Tooling:
- Sales process manual
- Sales support process manual
- Training program sales and sales support employees
- Customer reference database
- Article cross reference tool/database
- Customer satisfaction measurement and analysis tooling
For each of the tools the following needs to be done:
- analyze requirements
- define possible solutions and approach
- develop preferred solution
- implement solution and supporting processes
- document solution

Verantwoordelijkheden:As intern you are taking the lead in improving one or more sales and sales support processes or tools. You will (re-) design, manage and execute these tasks in accordance with the project management approach (similar to Prince II) that is used within Office Depot projects and initiatives and successfully implement within the constraints of time, risk, cost and to the agreed quality. To ensure effective and complete handover of completed projects into the operation and to monitor benefits realization management by the business
In an intern, we are looking for the following qualities:
