At Capitalmind, I felt part of the small but highly dedicated and result-focused team. The best aspect of the internship was that I was given a lot of responsibility and really felt I was being taken seriously by my colleagues. However, the work I had to do was often quite mundane unless I "got my foot in the door" to more interesting projects/client meetings. I had to rely a lot on my own initiative to actively seek more work when I was finished with something. All in all, it was a great place to start in the world of finance and a very memorable experience! Zou je hier blijven werken? I do not think so. It is too small for my liking and I would like to pursue a different direction than M&A

De stage was sowieso leerzaam, omdat in Tilburg bij de opleiding finance geen aandacht werd besteed aan fusies en overnames, terwijl dat wel een belangrijk onderdeel is van het vakgebied.
