ILX Management BV

ILX Management B.V. (ILX) is an Amsterdam-based private credit asset manager. In January 2022, it launched ILX Fund I (www.ilxfund.com) (the Fund), an emerging market-focused private credit fund that invests in loan participations originated and structured by multilateral development banks (MDBs) and other development finance institutions (DFIs).

ILX aims to create large-scale investment opportunities in global development finance that directly contribute to sustainable development across emerging markets, safeguarding ESG risks and contributing to the achievement of the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

ILX was founded with the support of Cardano Development and received grant support from the Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation (KfW) on behalf of the General Ministry for Development Cooperation (BMZ), the Netherlands’ Directorate General for International Cooperation and the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office
