Who are we?
Since 1980, Integrand has been committed to connecting companies and students, aiming to bridge the gap between the business world and academic students. Over the years, Integrand has grown into one of the largest student networks in the Netherlands, with 130 board members located across the twelve Dutch university cities. Because Integrand is run by students themselves, we know better than anyone how to engage students effectively and what they are looking for.
What do we do?
Integrand is the bridge between students and the job market. We help students and companies connect more quickly. We mediate internships and working student positions, organize career events, and offer students board years to further develop themselves.
Hoe het begon
Integrand was founded in 1980 by Jaap Stroosnier, Aart Houwink and Cees Jan van Heusden with the aim of making the transition to the business world easier for academic students. Since then, Integrand has been bridging the gap between students and the corporate sector. We now have branches in eleven university cities and, as a foundation, have grown into one of the largest academic internship intermediaries in the Netherlands.
Our Vision
Integrand strives to be the most professional student network in the Netherlands. We achieve this by connecting the ambitions of academic students and companies in a personal and accessible way. We encourage students by offering various opportunities to develop themselves in preparation for their careers.
Organizational Structure
Stichting Integrand is an organization managed by academic students. The core of the organization consists of 11 local branches in university cities in the Netherlands, comprising 130 board members.
The daily management of the foundation lies with Integrand Netherlands, located in Utrecht. To ensure the continuity of Stichting Integrand, Integrand Netherlands is supported by the Supervisory Board, which is made up of Integrand alumni.
