Every day, our 130 board members work to bridge the gap between students and the labor market. Our eleven local boards consist of members who start in February and September and work part-time, making it ideal for students who want to do something alongside their studies. The national board works full-time and starts in August. In this board, you can greatly improve your management skills while working at a strategic level to enhance the foundation.

During my board year as Marketing Manager at Integrand Netherlands, I focused on strengthening the national visibility of our organization. I was responsible for the national marketing strategy and for leading the local marketing officers in our eleven cities. This role gave me the opportunity to gain leadership experience, collaborate with diverse teams, and make strategic decisions that directly impacted the connection between students and companies.

Integrand is looking for motivated and ambitious university (WO) students who are eager to help other students. There are no specific requirements regarding study direction or extracurricular experiences.
Our local boards have a September and February intake. The national board starts in August. If you are interested in a board year, you can fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page!
A board year is great for your personal development. You learn to work in different groups, to network, and you develop your soft skills. A board year is excellent preparation for the job market.
During a board year, you work together with other students for an organization. It gives you the opportunity to develop yourself alongside your studies. Additionally, a board year also includes a lot of fun and social activities!
A board year at Integrand can be part-time in a local board or full-time on the national board. During a local board year, you are involved in mediating between students and vacancies alongside your function-specific tasks. In the national board, you operate at a strategic level and lead the local teams within your function.
