Round 2
You will have a conversation with two national board members of Integrand Netherlands about your skills and whether you are a good fit for Integrand Netherlands.
Round 3
In this round, you will have a brief introduction with a member of the Supervisory Board!
Congratulations!
You have successfully completed all the rounds and will become part of the new Integrand Netherlands board!

Integrand is looking for motivated and ambitious university (WO) students who are eager to help other students. There are no specific requirements regarding study direction or extracurricular experiences.
A board year is great for your personal development. You learn to work in different groups, to network, and you develop your soft skills. A board year is excellent preparation for the job market.
During a board year, you work together with other students for an organization. It gives you the opportunity to develop yourself alongside your studies. Additionally, a board year also includes a lot of fun and social activities!
A board year at Integrand can be part-time in a local board or full-time on the national board. During a local board year, you are involved in mediating between students and vacancies alongside your function-specific tasks. In the national board, you operate at a strategic level and lead the local teams within your function.
