Legal people

We are Legal People, the leading executive search firm for lawyers, tax specialists, and compliance professionals in the Netherlands. We believe that the right person in the right position brings energy and happiness!

At Legal People, we have been working with great pleasure and dedication for over 30 years on filling, among others, legal positions for our clients. ‘People’ are at the core of who we are and what we do. Human in the way we interact with one another. Helping each other bring out the best in ourselves—and doing the same for our team of more than 35 professionals.

We work together based on trust, with freedom and the responsibility that comes with it. We are proud of the integrity with which we connect the right person to the right place. We do not focus on short-term success, but on building our relationships and reputation.

This may sound like a story that is almost too good to be true, but for us this has been reality for many years.

As a market leader, we set the bar high: every assignment is successfully fulfilled. The way we do this has evolved over the years into the best practice in our market. We don’t search – we find!
