Success is something familiar to us. And it is not only our fantastic brands that have success. We look for talent, the leaders of tomorrow and equip them with the skills to successfully grow and develop.
On the Supply Chain traineeship we will offer you a challenging learning environment. You will take on 3 roles within Supply Chain over a period of 3 years. While on the traineeship we will provide you with functional support from our expert line managers, leadership development through connections to our senior leaders as well as additional learning opportunities and personal learning support. What do we ask in return? Ambition, determination and the power to get the best out of yourself.
Are you about to finish your Masters or are you recently graduated in a Technical or Supply Chain degree and curious to find out the difference between the left and the right Twix?
Monday 27th of May we will host the Mars Supply Chain Management In-house day. Come over to hear more about the Supply Chain Management traineeship. During the day you will get to see one of the largest Mars chocolate factory in the world and you will experience how it is to work with us. Moreover, our current trainees will share with you their experience on the programme.
And even more: our trainees will organize a workshop for you. Through this workshop you will discover what it is like to be in the traineeship and you can decide if you like it.
