Job information

We are looking for a Customer Experience Intern to help our Customer Service team continue to grow within the German market. This role will be part of our Customer Support team in the head office in Amsterdam and you will act as a bridge between the Berlin and Amsterdam teams.

In your day to day job, you will be overseeing the entire customer journey, including the handling of customer contact channels, such as Facebook, email and phone. You will also take an active role in evaluating and improving our German team’s processes. You will help and support CRM projects and identify opportunities that make our German customers even happier! You will be given a unique chance to take ownership in constructing and following up on improvement initiatives. Your actions will have great impact on our growing business in Germany and will give you the chance to leave your mark on the success of our team.

Job requirements


As you will be responsible for many different and challenging tasks, we expect you to be a self-starter, solution-focused and that you can work independently. Our team is young, ambitious, and energetic and an internship at bloomon gives you the opportunity to gain a lot of experience within a short time frame in a fast moving internet startup environment.
- MSc or BSc in Management, Business Administration, Communications, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- “Out of the box” and creating thinking
- Self-starting, enthusiastic and result driven
- A proactive and definite ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong communicational skills in German and English
- Knowledge of the German markets
- Previous customer support and/or management experience is a plus
