Job information

The following tasks are requested of the student:
  • Resolving of IS Tickets created by the business (Software or hardware related)
  • Make sure tickets are taken care of within SLA time
  • Contact with business if they are satisfied of delivered IS support
  • Vendor contact for ordering hardware and/or software
  • Discuss IS solutions with Vendors regarding submitted tickets by business
  • Create solution for stock management
  • Installing Printers on the network
  • Configuring and installing SAP scanners / Barcode scanners
  • Contact with and communication to other Technical Analyst in Europe on common issues

Job requirements

Affinity with Information Systems like:
  • Desktops
  • Laptops
  • Barcode scanners
  • Laser and Label printers
Good communication skills oriented on Customer Satisfaction
Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10 and Office 2013/2016
