Finance Talent Pool
Interested in accounting, investment banking, corporate finance? This, and much more, is part of the Finance Talent Pool!
The Finance Talent Pool consists of high potential finance students who are affiliated with Integrand. We organize at least two training courses and two events per year especially for this exclusive group of students. Through the training, you will develop further on a personal level, but also within the finance sector. You will meet various companies during the events. This provides you with a better understanding of which company you want to do an internship, traineeship or work for. We adapt both the training and the events to your wishes!
Because the activities are specially organized for the Finance Talent Pool, you will be informed by mail about new training courses, events, or other sector-related information. All activities for this talent pool are free and without obligation. However, "being part of" doesn't come without responsibilities. The intention is that you participate. After all, you will receive an official certificate if you have participated in at least 4 training courses and/or events.

Requirements
- You have a financial study background
- You are a third-year bachelor or master student
- You have engaged in relevant extracurricular activities
- Your grades are on average a 7/10 or higher
- You master the English language
