Job Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and results-oriented Data Analyst to strengthen our operations
and business intelligence capabilities. In this role, you will analyze data from our ERP system
and help transform it into actionable insights for management through the design and
maintenance of a Management Cockpit (dashboard).
This is a unique opportunity to combine technical analysis, systems thinking, and strategic
reporting in a high-reliability aerospace environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Extract, structure, and analyze data from ERP and related operational systems
• Develop and maintain dashboards (Management Cockpit) to provide real-time visibility
into KPIs, production flow, resource usage, and turnaround times
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams to align reporting
tools with business needs
• Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities through data analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems and reports
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making at operational and strategic
levels
• Support digitalization efforts and contribute to process improvement projects
Requirements
• Experience as a data analyst, reporting specialist, or business intelligence professional
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Excel, Power BI, or similar
visualization platforms
• Solid understanding of ERP systems (experience with aviation MRO systems is a plus)
• Ability to translate data into meaningful visual reports and business recommendations
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and structured problem-solving
• Interest in supporting operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in aerospace, MRO, or regulated technical industries
• Familiarity with EASA Part-145 environment or willingness to learn
• Background in operations analytics, business intelligence, or industrial engineering
• Knowledge of database querying (SQL) or ERP data structures
4/5 days a week, with an internship allowance of 400 euro a month.
