Dare2Plan is een whitelabel SaaS-platform dat ondernemers en agencies helpt om hun strategieën, adviezen en planningen te structureren en te standaardiseren.

De uitdaging
Binnen Dare2Plan integreren we AI-oplossingen om gebruikers nog beter te ondersteunen bij hun strategie- en planningsprocessen.
Een belangrijke uitdaging: *hoe bied je AI de juiste contextuele informatie aan op zo'n manier dat het de juiste antwoorden en adviezen oplevert, afgestemd op de specifieke klantbehoefte?*
De opdracht
Je gaat experimenteren met de architectuur en prompting van onze AI-oplossingen. Specifiek onderzoek je:
- Hoe je interne informatie (templates, klantdata, planningstools) gestructureerd en efficiënt kunt aanbieden aan AI-modellen.
- Welke technieken in datavoorbewerking (bijv. chunking, samenvatten, tagging) het beste bijdragen aan relevante, kloppende output.
- Hoe je prompts dynamisch kunt aanpassen op basis van gebruikersvragen en context.
- Hoe je een database en evaluatiestructuur opzet om de kwaliteit van AI-antwoorden objectief te meten.
- Welke parameters van invloed zijn op de performance van de AI-integraties.
Je werkt direct mee aan het fundament voor de slimme AI-ondersteuning die onze klanten in staat stelt om met minder moeite meer waarde te leveren.
- Studiefase: HBO of WO (richting Informatica, Kunstmatige Intelligentie, Data Science, Software Engineering)
- Skills:
- Ervaring met (of sterke interesse in) het bouwen van prototypes rond AI-integraties
- Ervaring met data-analyse en experimentdesign
- Begrip van concepten zoals context windows, tokenization, embedding en retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Bekendheid met programmeertalen zoals Rust is een pré
- Proactieve houding: je vindt het leuk om zelf nieuwe oplossingsrichtingen te verkennen
- Taal: Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
- Directe en professionele begeleiding door ervaren ontwikkelaars en AI-specialisten
- Ruimte voor eigen inbreng en experimentatie
- Veel zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid
- Mogelijkheid om deels remote te werken; dagen op kantoor in overleg
- Stagevergoeding tot €600 per maand, afhankelijk van studiefase en ervaring
