Chestnut is een onafhankelijke Corporate Finance adviseur gericht op mid-market transacties (doorgaans EUR 10-100m). Sinds onze oprichting in 2002 begeleiden we onze klanten in o.a. M&A trajecten, financieringen en herstructureringen. We werken resultaatgericht en hands-on met een focus op lange termijn werkrelaties met onze klanten. Ons team bestaat uit 8 personen verdeeld over onze twee kantoren in Amsterdam en Den Haag. Ter versterking van onze teams zijn wij op zoek naar een geschikte stagiair(e) op beide locaties.
Als stagiair(e) maak je onderdeel uit van het Chestnut team en zal je de verantwoordelijk Partner, Associate(s) en/of Analist(en) dagelijks ondersteunen bij uiteenlopende soorten M&A/corporate finance opdrachten. Je zal kennis opdoen van een breed scala aan facetten van ons werk, waarbij het zwaartepunt van de werkzaamheden zal liggen bij markt- en bedrijfsonderzoek, financiële modellen en analyses, informatie memoranda en klantpresentaties. Bij goed presteren en wederzijds enthousiasme zal er kans zijn voor de kandidaat om door te groeien naar Analist.
