Jouw rol: Sales & Sourcing

Als stagiair Sales & Sourcing ben jij een onmisbare schakel in het recruitment- en commerciële proces. Je draait volledig mee en krijgt veel ruimte om te leren en initiatief te nemen. Je gaat je bezig houden met:

  • Het zoeken, screenen en benaderen van financiële professionals.
  • Meewerken in recruitmentgesprekken
  • Ondersteunen bij sales & business development.
  • Bedenken van slimme zoek- en sourcingsstrategieën.
  • Meedenken over procesverbetering en nieuwe ideeën inbrengen.
  • Geen meelopen - volwaardig meedoen.

Who are you

Je volgt een hbo- of wo- opleiding (HRM, CE, Bedrijfskunde, Finance of vergelijkbaar).


  • Je bent sociaal, commercieel ingesteld en communicatief sterk.
  • Je houdt van tempo , schakelen en resultaat.
  • Je wordt blij van bellen, zoeken, matchen en mensen verder helpen.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een jong, ambitieus en informeel team.
