Je zult samenwerken met een breed scala aan financiële partijen, zoals banken, vermogensbeheerders, private equity partijen, beursgenoteerde bedrijven en FinTech-bedrijven. Ook werk je nauw samen met onze M&A-praktijk, waarbij je betrokken wordt bij strategische trajecten, regulatory change en grensoverschrijdende transacties.
Onze praktijk biedt je unieke inzichten in de dynamiek tussen financieel toezicht en complexe corporate transacties. Samen met onze internationale Freshfields-kantoren krijg je de kans om te werken aan vraagstukken die verder reiken dan de nationale financiële regelgeving. Dit stelt je in staat een breed perspectief te ontwikkelen op zowel nationale als internationale markten en toezichthouders.
