Job description

As an HR Intern, you will work on challenging projects within SparkOptimus to improve our Employee Value Proposition towards the Sparkies, across topics as Onboarding, Learning & Development, Benefits & Compensation, Culture & Values, and Office & Events. You will be involved from start-to-end, developing the idea, creating the planning, and driving the execution of new initiatives. This is a great chance for you if you want to create direct and lasting impact in a fast-paced organization.


Minimum 2nd year bachelor student in HRM (HBO/WO), with excellent results so far

Great social skills, a can-do mentality, and a passion for Talent & Development

Good communication skills in English & Dutch

Availability for at least four consecutive months, with a preference for six months

Start-date: Q2 or Q3 2021
