Job description

We are looking for an intern to work in the Operations team for 6 months, starting month can be discussed. You will be working directly with the Senior Operations Manager (SOM) at the office in Amsterdam (Hybrid). In this role you will have a number of responsibilities:

• Working and maintaining with our Warehouse manager tool
• Determining supply needs and researching potential suppliers together with SOM (procurement)
• Liaisons between departments and suppliers to procure best suitable equipment
• Building relations with our partners
• Keeping track of the order flow
• Building new catalogues for our customers
• Performing ad-hoc duties during the day

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• English & Dutch communication skills, business level
• High problem-solving skills
• Obtained a Bachelor
• Being highly motivated to learn 
• Taking ownership of your core responsibilities
• Being the link between operations and Customer Succes
