Als analist maak je deel uit van ons Haagse M&A-team. Je werkt direct samen met de betrokken partner en asset manager aan lopende deals en adviestrajecten. Door de omvang van het team krijg je bij Chestnut de kans om mee te werken aan alle facetten van het corporate finance vak. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het uitvoeren van markt- en bedrijfsonderzoek Het opstellen van financiële modellen en waarderingen Het schrijven van informatiememoranda en presentaties Begeleiden van M&A-trajecten van begin tot eind, waaronder ook de klantgesprekken Financieel advieswerk voor (centrale) ondernemingsraden Kortom: een dynamische rol, waarin inhoud, analyse, strategie en teamwerk samenkomen.
Belangrijk dat student al praktijk ervaring heeft. Mogelijk optie voor een contract aan het eind van de stage.
