ING Bank’s strategy aims to create a differentiating customer experience, enabled by simplifying and streamlining our organization, further striving for operational excellence, enhancing the performance culture within our company and expanding our lending capabilities. The potential for improvement in these areas varies with our current market positions, which we have divided into Market Leaders (Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg), Challengers (Germany, Spain, Italy, France, Australia and Austria) and Growth Markets (Poland, Romania, Turkey and our stakes in Asia). As a junior project manager you will be working on implementing this strategy globally as part of the Wholesale Banking TOM programme.
WTOM stands for Wholesale Banking Target Operating Model. It is a Wholesale Banking wide transformation programme to improve the client experience across products and countries. Many initiatives are underway to standardise our products and channels, to harmonise our client services and improve our mobile and online capabilities. Clients will benefit from our commitment to seamless cross border solutions which will make doing business with ING easier.
ING Wholesale Banking is looking for junior project managers. As a project manager, you will manage one or more projects entirely in one of the Wholesale Banking domains. Every project is different, requiring a specific approach and a particular team of experts. But each project requires someone to monitor progress. That person needs to be well organized and has to have the drive to keep things on track, to ensure everything is delivered on time and in line with the specifications. The role of project manager requires a special set of skills and natural talent. Could that person be you?
