Bnbmanager - Customer Success Intern (Hosting)

Bnbmanager is a young and fast-growing company in the heart of Amsterdam.
We facilitate the sub-economics with a convenient business model . We do this by supporting property owners when renting their homes to tourists through advertising channels such as Airbnb with ad management, cleaning and check-ins.
From our head office at Raadhuisstraat we manage more than 500 apartments in the Netherlands and abroad. To this day, we have hosted around 30,000 guests from 150 different countries.

Our team is dedicated and consists of people who go for the most achievable. We work incredibly hard but laugh just as much. The atmosphere is casual and working hours are flexible. The result is the gauge. This is accompanied by BBQ's on our rooftop terrace and boat trips in the famous bnbmanager boat.


As a Customer Success Internal (Hosting) you fulfill a very important role within the organization. You are the face of our company. Every day, you make our customers happy and take care of the best customer experience at bnb manager. This role is certainly versatile, you will drive through Amsterdam with your scooter to welcome guests from all over the world and to provide everything they need. You will be the first physical contact point with the guest during a check-in. You learn to organize your day and are constantly planning. For our team, you are thé (upcoming) expert when it comes to our guests and you watch the quality of our services. You are constantly working on how we can work together smarter and provide the optimal Guest Experience.
Additionally, of course, you are busy with your research related to Guest Expierence, Upsell and / or Process Optimization. You will also receive the necessary guidance. In short, a versatile role where you can learn alot!


You have got skills.

Everybody has talent. So do you, only you have exactly those skills to strenghten our team. In addition to following a WO or HBO degree, preferably towards Communication, Hospitality Management or Hotel Management, and strong affinity with customer contact you are:
  • A little pigheaded
  • Good with languages
  • Accessible and have an enthusiastic attitude
  • Social person who connects well with different types of people from different cultures
  • Familiar with Amsterdam and can talk about it
  • Commercially set
  • Always in for a good joke
We are in the middle in the phase to grow from a cool start-up to an (international) innovative scale-up. That makes it exciting, challenging and very diverse. We always put the bar up a bit, which sometimes makes that you have to step out of your comfort zone. You'll learn from that. You also get a lot of responsibility and decide what is good for bnbmanager and for the customer. That freedom is a challenge!
