Junior Recruiter - Diebold Nixdorf

Main responsibilities - Develop and update job descriptions and job specification -  Gather and creation of material to support recruitment process (HR marketing) - Post jobs to appropriate channels - Source and recruit candidates by using databases, instruct external partners, use social media et - Screen candidate resumes and job applications, plan first interviews - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience - Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the head of talent acquisition  


Diebold Nixdorf is looking for a communicative and organizational candidate.
Language of instruction is Dutch or English but fluent English language skills are required.
Experience with arbor market communication is an advantage


- Hands on experience with international selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
- Able to build and maintain applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build internal network
- Able to work independently with limited supervision in a global environment
- Human Resources Management or communications background is a pre
- Familiar in working with Microsoft Office (Excell, Powerpoint)
- Able to think out of the box
