We offer a trainee program for bachelor's and master's students at our head office at Eindhoven Airport. By trainee, we don't really mean 'trainee'. You are a full member of the team. We count on you.
“Marketing and Communication” play a major role within Zertic to help us achieve our
ambitions, to become and stay the global dominant player in certification software. You will report directly to the board and work closely with the commercial and the customer success team.
After an onboarding course, you will be a member of an international team working on
marketing projects. Depending on the time zone of our clients, your working hours will vary. All team members, including you, are assigned to an internal task for the improvement of an aspect. The drive is to do each campaign better, faster, and with more fun than the one before.

What can you expect from Zertic?
- We pay a good salary right from the start.
- Next to this salary, we have a group incentive program and a personal performance bonus.
- Spend between 10 and 15 % of your traineeship on a training program.
- Reimbursed travel expenses.
- Next to the daily activities, you’ll be assigned to an internal program that you need to manage.
- 25 holidays and bank holidays.
- You will be coached by one of the Zertic board members to become an outstanding professional on a broad base.
- After one year and depending on your performance, you will be offered an open-ended contract.
What do we expect from you?
- Professional knowledge: in order to align Zertic’s marketing and communication programs with our strategic goals, it is important that you understand the process of our customer, and our brand promises and blend these with the knowledge you got from your bachelor's or master's education.
- Strong communicator: primarily in English and preferably Dutch, make blogs, emails, or consult with management? You know exactly how to get your message across!
- Good team player: within marketing, you have a central communication role in the organization. It is therefore important that you get along well with everyone and that you can work well together.
- Stress-resistant: on some days everything runs smoothly, on other days unfortunately not. Fortunately, that doesn't stress you out! You keep a cool head and always know how to make the best decisions.

The application procedure
In principle, you can start each 1 st of the month. The total application process takes approximately 3 to 6 weeks.

- Step 3: Short ½ day course and exam
- Step 4: Reference check
- Step 4: On-site meeting
- Step 5: Final trainee contract
