Functie omschrijving

Are you the right ambitious, outgoing, and commercially-oriented Business Development Associate we are looking for to support our Community team? By qualifying and converting new (angel)investor and startup leads, you directly contribute to the growth and success of Fundsup and the ecosystem we support: startups and innovation in Europe.

You will work closely with colleagues to answer inquiries from potential customers, mostly informal investors and startup founders in Europe. In doing so you’ll learn the ins and outs of the Fundsup products and will build the expertise necessary to advise prospective customers.

As part of the Community Team, your main objective is to convert worthy applicants, contributing to the achievement of our ambitious growth. Being the first point of contact for qualified leads and prospects, this role is highly visible and with great impact, acting as a launchpad for further career growth.

This role is the perfect launchpad to grow into Business Development at Fundsup. And allowing you to grow alongside the company as we scale. Functie eisen

Your responsibilities:

  • Verify and engage leads from platform registrations
  • Think creatively about identifying potential new sales opportunities and collaborating with Marketing
  • Contribute to business development projects like outbound campaigns and other initiatives, such as events
  • Act as the product / followup expert to users on the Fundsup platform
  • Take ownership of questions and requests
  • Be systematic in your approach and work ethics
  • Provide timely high-quality (consultative) responses to inquiries
  • Provide your colleagues and management with relevant insights/learnings
  • Administrative tasks such as invoicing and updating CRM data
