Functie omschrijving

As a trainee at Intergrin XPL you will be prepared for the next step in your career within 1 year! You will work on your personal and professional development in which you will start working as an international business analyst, but with the opportunity to grow into roles such as project manager, liaison manager or product- and proposition manager.

You will work on various assignments in 2 periods of 6 months each. The first assignment focusses on the mapping of market dynamics & key drivers and profiling the relevant players and identifying potential franchise partners. Afterwards you will help define our franchise formula and package including financial terms and conditions.

During the traineeship you will also work on building your own network, so that you can properly investigate which next steps you want to take during your traineeship and after.

As a trainee you will go through a joint development program aimed at your personal development together with another Intergrin XPL trainee and you work together on these assignments for the board of directors.

At least a university bachelor's degree, for example in the direction of Business Studies, International Business (IB/IBA), Business Economics or Business Intelligence/Research;

Analytical skills and business understanding. You have a big affinity for data and numbers, and a curious mind to discover insights;

Affinity for healthcare and well-being;

A strategic, creative and conceptual mindset;

Effective communication skills and a proactive approach;

Fluent in English and ideally German and/ or French;

Full time or near full time availability (at least 32 hours a week).
