We are looking for a Sales & Operations Intern to support our EMEA Wholesale channel. You will be working under the supervision of the National Account Manager (NAM) responsible for the Benelux, Denmark and Finland. This is a 6-months internship on a 4 or 5-days a week basis starting from September. You will be paid €500 per month (on a full-time basis, excl. travel expenses).
What you will do:
Interacting with different departments which may be based in our head-office in London (such as our Merchandising team) our in our European head quarter in Frankfurt (such as our Logistics team). You will also frequently interact with the local Marketing team, based in Amersfoort, which services both Benelux and the Nordics region.
Supporting a highly experienced NAM with extensive knowledge of the Beauty retail landscape and industry.
On a day-to-day basis, you will be interacting with our retail partners. You may be sending them relevant information, such as order forms, information on upcoming campaigns, training tools, digital assets such as product imagery and/or, copy, or visual merchandising guidelines. You will also process orders and complete product set-up files to enable the set-up of our products on our retailers’ systems.
Monitoring – and reporting on - monthly and year-to-date sales results to assess potential risks to target and help identify relevant initiatives to hit targets and/or capitalize on potential opportunities. There is also scope to do specific research into relevant areas of interest.
What you will need:
We are looking for an intern who is hands-on, with a can-do mind-set, keen to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work independently
Act as a brand representative and the service our retailers receive from you will impact the way they perceive our business and brand.
Dutch language is required although you will also have to speak English with your international colleagues and retail partners based in Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark and Finland.
You are currently enrolled at an HBO/WO study program.
