Willem Bloem started Sounders Music in 2018 because the current industry seems to focus only on successful stars, which makes it rather difficult for young talents to break through given their limited resources, financial means, and knowledge. This is why we believe there is a strong need for insights and guidance in the creation process (as well as distribution, recording, promotion, etc.), combining your talent and our research to achieve success. In order to do so, we have developed software to test new and existing tracks of artists which allows us to measure the potential of tracks for different target audiences. Sounders Music is an innovative, independent company in the entertainment industry that provides unique data insights together with objective research for emerging talent. These insights and facts ensure stars' breakthroughs as we guide them along their way to success.

Functie omschrijving

During a five or six-month program (depending on your requirements), guided by our director, you will learn how to give online sales demos, understand the sales-flow from start to finish, and assist with making proposals. You’ll mostly have to be in contact with the community manager when we delivering the product to the client. We’ll help you with asking the right questions during the sales conversation. There will be a lot of self-study and hard work required, but if you finish the project during your internship, your contract might be extended to working full-time. Additionally, we’ll get you acquainted with business development and sales training.

Functie eisen

  • A relevant HBO or WO study;
  • You are available 5 days a week;
  • No 9-5 mentality
  • Looking for an internship or work placement, not a graduate internship;
  • We would love it if you stick around after your internship;
  • You're assertive and a go-getter;
  • Any relevant 1+ year sales experience;
  • You can write and speak English & Dutch fluently
  • Good communication skills

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

We like to work remotely and have flexible working hours. We actively stimulate commuting outside of rush hours. This does also mean that days can start late and end late. We’ll work with you to fit this internship into your schedule as long as you work with us to fit it into ours. This means you can work from home, you can work in our office, whatever works for you. We do find it often easier to work in the office during the first period. Additionally, you will also receive valuable online sales training and excel training and you will learn how to work with our crm system. We invest in our interns, but we also expect you to invest in us! You'll receive 500 euros a month, but with additional proper bonuses, if your job is done well!
