Swiss Point of Care’s Commercial Management Traineeship is a two year program that has been specially developed to train our talents to become the leaders of the future in online e-commerce, marketing and sales. The traineeship focuses on making an impact on the daily lives of our customers, with a lot of room for personal growth. Here you will receive more than excellent guidance in the form of training courses and challenging jobs, which together are the basic ingredients of your promising career. You will be coached for two years by your own mentor.
During the traineeship you mainly learn on the job, in order to gain optimal professional knowledge and experience. You will have the opportunity to work on different projects and experience all aspects e-commerce, online marketing and sales. You will be involved in a variety of activities: from branding strategy, packaging, product development, production and logistics to devising our latest marketing campaign. From marketing funnels, social media marketing to marketing and sales on platforms. From SEA advertising to analytics and SEO optimization. There is even an opportunity to learn about B2B Business to Business marketing and sales.
After this 2 year-traineeship you have become an all-round e-commerce professional. You will have learned what works and what doesn't in the real world. Not only what-to-do and how-to-do-it, but also how to motivate an international team to get results. And perhaps even more important: what gives you energy. As a result, you learn to coach, motivate, give and receive feedback and communicate at all levels. You build on your e-commerce experience that will benefit you for the rest of your career.
Job Requirements:
• Higher vocational education level (HBO) or currently completing an HBO degree.
• Internship or project experience in relevant tasks is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch. Knowledge of German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Comfortable with presenting and explaining your ideas.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Speaking Dutch, German, French, or Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with AI, website, design tools like Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop is a plus.
• Knowledge of UX design is a plus but not required.
• Understanding of different types of digital communication channels.
• Able to work independently and think in a problem-solving manner.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and precise in your work.
• A positive attitude with a solution-oriented "can do" approach.
• A social team player with a flexible mindset, open to collaboration and changes.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic start-up/scale-up environment with multiple stakeholders.

Getting to know our business
- We will arrange for you to visit partners and suppliers from Swiss Point of Care.
o Our Amazon sales and marketing operation is run by our Berlin based partner. We will fly you to Berlin where you will stay a few days to get to know our Amazon partners and learn to understand how Amazon works.
o We will arrange for visits to several manufacturers of our products in Europe, so you can witness firsthand how our products are made.
o You will visit our warehouse and logistics center and learn all about e-fulfilment, logistics and customer service.
- You will join our senior leadership team to fairs and events that are of interest to our business all over Europe. We may even ask you to organize a stand on a fair or event if that is important for our interests.
- You are invited to join any of our product or backbone meetings.

Als we een geschikte vacature voor je vinden, bespreken we deze eerst met jou. Het belangrijkste is dat jij het leuk vindt! Je kunt dan kiezen of je een motivatiebrief wilt schrijven.

Als we een passende vacature vinden, leggen we die eerst aan jou voor. Jij bepaalt of je een motivatiebrief wilt schrijven.
Stap 6
Als het bedrijf jou geschikt vindt, wordt dit aan Integrand doorgegeven. Vervolgens neemt Integrand contact met je op om een sollicitatiegesprek te plannen.
Stap 7
Als jij en het bedrijf akkoord zijn met de vacature en arbeidsvoorwaarden, word je geplaatst. Zo heb jij je perfecte stage of werkstudentschap, en het bedrijf een geschikte kandidaat!
