We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy working student to support the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across Terberg. In this role, you will help build and manage a global community of AI users, identify and share impactful use cases, and experiment with new AI tools to inspire colleagues. You’ll work closely with the Group Data Manager and other stakeholders to accelerate AI literacy and practical application across departments. This is a flexible, high-autonomy position ideal for a student passionate about emerging technologies and organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and manage an internal AI user community.
- Collect and share successful AI use cases across international teams.
- Organize short demos, tutorials, and feedback sessions.
- Experiment with Microsoft Copilot and other tools to identify high-value applications.
- Support internal communications and training materials on AI adoption.
To be successful in this role, the student should meet the following criteria:
- Background: relevant study program, preferably in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business IT, Digital Communication, or a related field.
- Interest in AI: Demonstrated curiosity and enthusiasm for AI technologies and their practical application in business settings.
- Digital fluency: Comfortable experimenting with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and other productivity platforms.
- Communication skills: Able to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and facilitate knowledge sharing across teams.
- Self-starter: Capable of working independently, taking initiative, and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
- Cross-cultural mindset: Open to working with international colleagues and navigating diverse perspectives.
- Language: Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required.
