With and without a financial study background (HBO and/or university) it is possible to start a traineeship at Talent&Pro. Talent&Pro has 800 employees that work for banks, insurance companies and pension funds in the Netherlands. Coach from a People Manager and further developing of your skills and knowledge is the core of our traineeships. We believe that one should never stop learning.

Next to working and studying hard, we think it is important to have fun. Hence, we organise several events throughout the year such as a ski trip, 4 pub quizes each year en more activities!
