In een woord: Super!

Before the graduated as a Master student in International Public Management, I wouldn't imagine myself as a broker in anyway. The internship in Olyx really helped my go out of my comfort zone and improve myself tremendously. The working environment is open and energetic. Being a Chinese girl working in a Dutch company, I don't feel estranged at all. My superiors and colleagues all speak English perfectly and they are just like friends to me. Whenever I have question or encounter difficulty at work, I can ask anyone for help. I am also encouraged to think out of the box and to explore new opportunities constantly. Thanks to this internship, I have gained experiences in market analysis, building business relationship, sales and so forth.
